1. How The Program Works

The MICHU Beats Studio Pro Giveaway allows participants to enter for a chance to win one of two Beats Studio Pro headphones. Each participant receives one entry upon registration and additional entries for each successful referral.

 

2. A Referral Is

A referral is considered valid when your invited friend registers with their email address through your unique referral link.

 

3. Rewards And Offers

Grand Prize: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Beats Studio Pro Headphone, valued at $529 AUD each.

 

4. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email after the competition ends on March 10, 2025. The draw will take place on March 11, 2025. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.

 

4. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Program will be used in accordance with MICHU's Privacy Policy. MICHU shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information in compliance with Australian privacy laws.

 

 

5. General 

 

5.1. These Terms are published by MICHU Australia. Our Giveaway Program as displayed on our Website (www.michu.com.au) and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Participants and people who receive our referral invitation.

 

5.2. This Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in the Beats Studio Pro Giveaway.

 

5.3. You may invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Program.

 

6. Completed Referrals and Limit

 

6.1. A Completed Referral is when a Referring User refers this Program to one of its contacts. Subsequently, that contact will either sign-up, make a purchase or complete whatever action is determined as a referral above - which is not cancelled or disputed in accordance with Subsection 3. 

 

6.2. While there is no limit to the number of referral entries you can earn, MICHU reserves the right to implement a maximum entry limit at any time.

 

6.3. All participants must be new and first-time Users. Existing Users who have previously participated in MICHU promotions may be ineligible.

 

6.4. All personal information provided must be accurate and current. MICHU may request ID verification before awarding prizes. 

 

7. Restrictions

 

7.1. This Giveaway cannot be combined with other MICHU promotions or offers.

 

7.2. Participants must not use spam or automated methods to gain entries. All referrals must comply with Australian anti-spam laws.

 

7.3. This Giveaway must not be promoted on inappropriate or illegal websites.

 

7.4. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.

 

7.5. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

 

8. Term and Termination

 

8.1. This Giveaway runs until March 10, 2025. MICHU reserves the right to extend or shorten this period.

 

8.2. Valid entries made before the end date will be included in the final draw.

 

8.3. MICHU reserves the right to terminate this Giveaway at any time.

 

9. Exclusive Relationship

 

9.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us. 

 

9.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company. 

 

9.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.

 

9.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company

 

10. Privacy and Information

 

10.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website. 

 

10.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

 

11. Amendments

 

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

 

12. Violations and Termination

 

12.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

 

12.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. 

 

12.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

 

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification

 

13.1. The MICHU Beats Studio Pro Giveaway is offered on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway at our discretion. While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors in Giveaway content or communications.

 

13.2. Entry in this Giveaway does not guarantee winning. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries, and the chances of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

 

13.3. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to release and hold MICHU Australia harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or any prize-related activities.

 

14. Prize Claims and Disputes

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 7 days of notification, MICHU reserves the right to select an alternate winner. All prizes are awarded "as is" and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The judges' decision regarding winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

15. Applicable Law

 

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts. This Giveaway complies with relevant Australian state and federal laws regarding trade promotions.
